All footwear items must be tried on only carpeted floors.
If the dress safety ribbon is cut or damaged the dress is not eligible for exchange or return
We are unable to accept returns/exchange unless there is a defect with the product, the wrong product was sent or the product was damaged during shipping.
All items can be exchanged with-in 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
The product must be un-used and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for an exchange.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange.
